This powerful service complements the mentoring sessions, helping you address mental health and behavioral patterns such as low self-esteem, weight management, anxiety, and low mood. 6 months Support: 9 sessions over 6 months- 2 x a month for 3 months, then 1 x month for 3 months
Comprehensive initial assessment: Personalised strategy created based on each women's individual situation
Holistic approach: Including use of physiotherapy, hypnosis, Pilates and lifestyle changes
Email Support: Stay connected and receive guidance during working hours.
Additional resources: PDFs, videos and other resources to aid with your journey.
I have benefitted from virtual peri-menopause support from Roberta over the past couple of months. Basic- up to 60 mins one off session to discuss your main symptoms and create a plan to address them
Advanced- up to 90 mins Assessment and strategy session, 30 mins follow up and email support.
