Clinic Services

What if I can't make an appointment?

We have a 48hr cancellation policy. You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment with 48hr notice. If you do not attend your appointment or give the required notice you may be charged up to the full price of the appointment.

How can I pay for my appointment?

Payment is either in advance via bank transfer or by card on the day. Online bookings will require a deposit.

Is there parking at the clinic?

Unfortunately there is no designated parking. There is some parking on the road outside the clinic or several free carparks within a 2 minute walk.

Is the clinic accessible?

There is one step up into the clinic. Unfortunately there are no disabled toilets available. Please contact us for a virtual appointment if accessibility is an issue.

Do you accept private medical insurance?

We are not registered with any insurance companies. You may be able to claim back your appointment costs with certain companies and we are happy to provide necessary receipts. Please do check with your insurance company prior to booking as you will still be liable to pay for treatment.

Where is the Clinic?

The Clinic is located on Woodborough Road, Winscombe. If you are heading out of the Village towards Banwell it is just before the railway bridge on the right hand side next to Oris and Low opticians.

Is there a toilet on site?

Yes we have a toilet but unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible.

What should I wear and bring to Pilates?

Wear something that is comfortable and you can stretch easily in. You will need to bring a towel for a cushion and a mat.

What if I can't make a Pilates Class?

Unfortunately Matwork classes are paid up for the half term and so you would lose the class. If I have space you may switch to a different class that week. Chair classes are paid per month.

Do you treat issues with joints, muscles or sport injuries?

The clinic specialises in women's health but if you have an injury or musculoskeletal issues please contact us to see if we are able to help.

How do I book a Corporate Wellbeing Session or Workshop?

To book a wellbeing session or workshop for your organisation, please contact us via email or by using our contact form. If you would like to discuss your requirements in more detail, we also offer consultations where we can address specific questions and tailor our services to meet your organisation's needs.

How do I book 1:1 services?

Contact us today via email or through our contact form to discuss which of our services is best suited for your needs or to inquire about booking on behalf of your employees. We also offer a 15 minute consultation if you wish to discuss in more detail.

Are your services available virtually?

Yes our services are available both in-person and online. We offer virtual sessions, workshops, mentoring programs and hypnosis to cater to individuals and corporate clients who are UK based.

Can individuals join the workshops or are they only for companies?

Our workshops are designed to benefit both individuals and companies. Whether you're looking to book a cohort exclusively for your company or join our sessions as an individual, we have options available throughout the year. Get in touch with us to learn more about our workshop details, including dates, and to discuss how we can accommodate your specific needs.

How do I inquire about additional services or request a bespoke workshop?

What are the fees for the services?

The fees for our services may vary based on the specific offering and customisation required. For detailed information on pricing and packages, please contact us, and we will be delighted to provide you with all the necessary details.

How long will I have access to the course materials?

Upon enrollment, you will have access to the course materials for a period of one year. During this time, you can review the content at your own pace and revisit the materials as often as needed. If you require an extension beyond the one-year access period, you have the option to extend your access for an additional fee.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to complete the course?

We do not offer refunds for course purchases. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from completing the course within the designated timeframe. If you need additional time beyond the one-year period, you have the option to extend your access for a nominal fee.

Can I share or distribute the course or workshop materials?

All course and workshop materials, including text, videos, and supplementary resources, are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised sharing or distribution of the course materials is strictly prohibited. The materials are for your personal use only and you are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or distribute them in any form without our explicit permission.
