Terms and Conditions for Control/Remedial Hypnosis Day Workshop

1. Definitions

Workshop: The Control Workshop provided by Thrive and Shine Women's Wellness.

Participant: Any individual attending the Workshop.

Company: Thrive and Shine Women's Wellness, the organiser and provider of the Workshop.

Booking: The act of reserving a place at the Workshop.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 All bookings must be made through the Company’s website or authorised booking platforms.

2.2 Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure a place at the Workshop.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Participants may cancel their booking up to 14 days before the Workshop date to receive a full refund.

3.2 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the Workshop date are non-refundable.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel the Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, Participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Workshop Conduct

4.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the Workshop facilitator and other Participants.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Workshop if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful.

4.3 No recording devices are permitted during the Workshop without prior written consent from the Company.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Participants must inform the Company of any relevant health conditions or concerns prior to the Workshop.

5.2 The Company is not responsible for any injury or illness resulting from participation in the Workshop unless caused by the Company’s negligence.

6. Liability

6.1 The Company’s liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from participation in the Workshop is limited to the Workshop fee paid by the Participant.

6.2 The Company is not liable for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the Workshop.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All materials provided during the Workshop are the intellectual property of the Company and are for personal use only.

7.2 Participants may not distribute, reproduce, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

8. Data Protection

8.1 The Company will collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8.2 By booking the Workshop, Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Workshop-related purposes.

9. Special Conditions for Free or Pro Bono Sessions

9.1 If the Workshop is offered for free or on a pro bono basis, Participants agree to provide a testimonial upon completion.

9.2 Participants must agree to have their photo taken and to be recorded on video during the Workshop. These materials will be used solely for promotional purposes.

9.3 No personal information will be shared in these promotional materials. Participants will be asked to provide a rating of their improvement and a review/testimonial.

9.4 Participants commit to attending the Workshop as scheduled. If a Participant is unable to attend, they must notify the Company at least 14 days in advance to allow for rescheduling or replacement. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in being charged the full cost of the session and exclusion from future promotional offers.

10. Medical Disclaimer

10.1 The Workshop is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants with medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before attending.

10.2 The Company does not guarantee that the Workshop will have a specific outcome or result for any Participant. Individual results may vary.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the Workshop will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

12.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of posting.
